Facilities:
Hi there!! I have 3 16×16 pipe corrals available, each with a 10×10 shelter. I also have a 30×30 pipe corral, but it’s currently being used for a short-term border. Available for layovers/overnights in Camp Verde, AZ, which is on I-17 halfway between Phoenix and Flagstaff, just a few minutes off the freeway. Nothing fancy but safe and located on a quiet dead-end street in a horsey neighborhood with easy access on and out, a wide flat road, and room to park trailers too. At this time, I don’t have any sewer hookups, so dry camping only, but I’m happy to run an extension cord into the house if you want electricity, and I have a hose for water. Located very close to the Camp Verde Equestrian Center, which hosts lots of rodeo/barrel/roping events. Also, a good Basecamp location for trail riding in the surrounding area. I am an experienced horse person and will take good care of your babies! Happy to provide references from folks who have stayed here. $20/horse per night and no extra charge if you want to dry camp (if you can pitch in a little extra for electric hook-up, that would be great!) Hope to see you soon!
Directions: I-17 and Highway 260 exit. A few miles east of I-17 off Quarterhorse Drive.
